Safeguarding & Child Protection
Quranic Revelation Academy aims to provide a safe, respectful and professional online learning environment for children and young learners.
Our safeguarding approach
Children should be treated with dignity, patience and respect. Teaching should remain professional, educational and appropriate to the learner’s age and circumstances.
Role of parents and responsible adults
Parents should know when lessons take place and who is teaching their child. For younger children, a parent or responsible adult should normally remain reasonably available during the lesson.
Professional boundaries
Teachers should communicate with students only for legitimate educational purposes and through appropriate channels. Inappropriate, secretive, threatening, humiliating or exploitative behaviour is not acceptable.
Recording and personal information
Images, recordings and personal information relating to children should not be collected, shared or published without an appropriate educational reason and suitable permission.
Reporting a concern
Any concern about a child’s safety, inappropriate communication or teacher conduct should be raised promptly through the Academy’s official channels. Serious concerns should be treated as safeguarding matters rather than ordinary customer-service complaints.
Response and review
The Academy may review relevant records, pause contact, change teaching arrangements or take other reasonable protective action while a safeguarding concern is examined.
