A free trial lesson does not create a payment obligation. Its purpose is to assess the learner, introduce the teaching approach and help determine a suitable learning plan.

Students should request changes as early as reasonably possible. Whether a paid lesson can be rescheduled or credited may depend on teacher availability, the timing of the request and the booking terms communicated for that programme.

A lesson missed without reasonable notice may be treated as used where the teacher was available and the scheduled time had been reserved for the student.

If significant technical problems prevent a lesson from being delivered, the Academy may review the circumstances and may offer a replacement lesson, rescheduling or another reasonable solution.

If the Academy is unable to deliver a scheduled paid lesson, it will normally seek to reschedule the lesson or provide an appropriate credit or refund for the undelivered service.

Refund eligibility may depend on the amount of service already delivered, unused prepaid lessons, the circumstances of the request and any specific terms accepted at purchase. Services already delivered are normally not treated as unused services.

The Academy may update this policy as booking arrangements and services evolve. Specific terms clearly provided before purchase may also apply to a particular programme or package.
