Students are expected to provide accurate information, attend lessons respectfully and use Academy services only for their intended educational purpose. Parents or responsible adults should supervise arrangements for younger learners where appropriate.

Lesson times are arranged according to availability. Students should attend on time and provide reasonable notice when a schedule change is needed. Repeated missed lessons or disruptive behaviour may affect continuation of the service.

Where paid services are offered, prices and payment arrangements should be made clear before purchase. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are also subject to the Academy’s Refund & Cancellation Policy and any specific terms presented at booking.

Academy-created materials, lesson resources, designs and original website content may not be copied, sold, republished or redistributed commercially without permission. Students may use lesson materials for their own personal learning.

The Academy aims to provide reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Technical issues, teacher availability, maintenance or circumstances outside reasonable control may occasionally affect delivery.
